These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase of products on Natasha Borggaard aka Art&Deco By Natasha’s Website.

Printed Products Terms

Fulfilment Time

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Shipping

Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order’s destination.

Available shipping options may vary depending on the product types, quantity, volume weight and destination address.

Your order will be sent out directly after production on average within 2-7 days of ordering.

Return & Refund Policy

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us a digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email support@artdecobynatasha.com

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to the Factory for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Art&Deco By Natasha will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Art&Deco By Natasha Customer Service Teams to be defective. Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return.

Please contact us for the best solution – we always want happy costumers.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report

If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Art&Deco By Natasha.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Art&Deco By Natasha will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number.
