Return & Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address – If you or your provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if claimed within 2 weeks).

The return address is set by default to our beloved manufacture team facility. When we receive a returned shipment, a notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 2 weeks.

If you haven’t registered an account on www.ArtdecoByNatasha.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity.

Art&Deco By Natasha does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to facemasks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with facemasks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Please make sure you measure your face before choosing your facemask size.

Returned Products – Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges, returns and refund for facemasks are not to be offered due to due to health protection or hygiene reasons,.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore Art&Deco By Natasha reserves rights to refuse Face Mask & Neck-gaiters returns at its sole discretion.

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us a digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email support@artdecobynatasha.com

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to our manufactures for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Art&Deco By Natasha will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged or misprinted condition or are confirmed by Art&Deco By Natasha Customer Service Teams to be defective. Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return.

But PLEASE contact us for a solution – we ALWAYS want happy costumers, and we are taking every situation very seriously.

Production-time notice

NOTICE: Due to corona related restrictions and safety measurements.

Estimated production-time is at the moment longer the usual:

2-5 business days for all reusable 4 Pack Face Mask
5-12 business days for all Neck Gaiters and single Facemasks
5-12 business days for all tote & drawstring bags, Hoodies & Pillows.

Please do not order any of these products, if you cant wait for the production to be done, we can not offer any refund, for production delays.

If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Art&Deco By Natasha.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Site. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine full ability to receive the Products. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Art&Deco By Natasha will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number.
