Art&Deco By Natasha offers FREE Standard Shipping Methods to all countries we sell to.


Available shipping options may vary depending on the product types, quantity, volume weight and destination address.

Your order will be sent out directly after production on average within 3-7 days of ordering.

Shipping time for free shipping is 2-4 Weeks after production time.

 

Free Standard Shipping Methods includes: EMS, 4PX, International Air Post.
Depending on your shipping location, you have different types of options.
Shipping fees are all included in every single item’s price, so there is no need to worry about how much you need to pay as shipping cost.

International Air Post Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks, Not Include Destination Tracking Status Update.

DHL Express Delivery Time Estimates:
3-5 Days.
Actual Weight or Dimension Weight over 3kg will switch to DHL shipping method if the order is to USA.

EMS Delivery Time Estimates: 7-15 Days, With Detailed Destination Tracking Status Update.(EMS Countries: United State/US, Canada, Australia and so on)

4PX Delivery Time Estimates: 7-20 Days, With Detailed Destination Tracking Status Update.

Delivery time guarantees for orders placed during the months of November and December will only apply to orders using DHL Express Shipping Method.

All other orders placed with standard shipping will not be eligible for replacement or refund until 50 days after packages were shipped out. We encourage all customers to switch to DHL Express to avoid delays during the peak season.
·Do not Support APO & PO Box Addresses Delivery.
·Do not support remote area shipping.

EMS Countries and 4PX Countries orders that have not arrived over 30 days after shipping out from the factory are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

International Air Post Countries orders that have not arrived over 45 days after shipping out from factory are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
For orders to Canada, Spain and other countries, we won’t offer replacement/refund if you do not receive the parcel with standard shipping (not including E-packet). We only accept replacement if you do not receive the parcel shipped out over 35 days with e-packet.

International shipping fees:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees in any countries.

All products are made to you – after your order is is checked in with us.

Accessories Production Time: 3-6 days

Bags Production Time: 4-6 days

Apparels Production Time: 4-7 days

Legging Production Time: 4-6 days

Hoodies Production Time: 4-7 days

Home Products Production Time: 3-6 days

 

Return Policy

Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of the damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us a digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email support@artdecobynatasha.com

If the damage / defect cannot be verified via email contact, the product may be required to be returned to the Factory for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Return shipping cost
Art&Deco By Natasha will cover return shipping cost or refund only in cases when items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Art&Deco By Natasha Customer Service Teams to be defective.
Otherwise, no abnormalities in our quality under the service will not provide return. Please contact us for the best solution – we always want happy costumers.

PLEASE ATTENTION:
All products are made to orders, and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the products quality.

In this case, please contact us and we will either replace the product or give you a refund – in this circumstance we will also refund you for the shipping cost.

If a product is damaged or defective, and customers insist of returning, we will make arrangements with our factory as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Art&Deco By Natasha.
